Sedalia Area EventTour the Enchanted Forest
October 3, 2015 – October 3, 2015
The Liberty Center Association for the Arts, Inc. will host The Enchanted Forest Saturday, October 3 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Fairies, gnomes, and perhaps even a troll under a bridge are sure to spark your imagination during this magical experience. The event will be held just off of 24th and Grand (follow the signs). Attendees will have the opportunity to make a craft, participate in a hot dog roast, and visit the Enchanted Forest for $10 per person. This event will be fun for all ages. You will be greeted by the fairy god mother herself. The forest will be lit with all sorts of magical vignettes such as a fairy castle, a crystal garden, gnome village, a troll bridge, a spot where you can take photos and so much more. Stop by the craft booth and decorate your miniature crown. Don’t go away hungry; there will be a bonfire, where you can roast a hot dog. Live music will be provided by Barbara Schrader and one of her students. “This is a new event sponsored by the Liberty Center Association for the Arts, Inc. With our theater undergoing renovations, this provides us the perfect opportunity to bring the arts to unexpected locations. We’re excited to reach into a new genre’ such as environmental and recycled art,” said Terri Ballard, Executive Director. Tickets will be available at the event. For additional information, please contact Courtney Wilken at (660) 826-9356 or Terri Ballard at (660) 826-7011 or via email at email@example.com The Enchanted Forest experience sponsored by the Cooney Endowment for the Arts and the Missouri Arts Council.
